The living room is spacious and bright, featuring a 55” flat screen TV and a reading corner. There is a dining area that seats four and a bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom is a large with built-in wardrobes, and the bathroom features a modern walk-in shower.
Comfort is ensured year-round with air conditioning, heating, and double-glazed windows. High-speed internet is also included. The apartment is located in one of Barcelona’s liveliest neighborhoods, known for its stunning architecture, boutique shops, local markets, and excellent dining options. It is just minutes from Plaza Catalunya, Liceu Theatre, Passeig de Gracia, and Soho House. The property is well connected to the rest of the city via metro, bus, and taxi, with Drassanes Station only a 7-minute walk away.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. For all rentals longer than two months (60 days), a deposit must be paid to the local institution INCASOL, as required by law. For shorter stays, a deposit is also required and will be returned 10 days after departure. Guests will be asked to present their IDs and sign a rental agreement upon check-in. ID and residence details must be submitted before arrival in order to prepare the rental contract.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. There is a check-in fee of 45 euros for arrivals after 8:00 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays. Utility bills are included up to a maximum of 100 euros per month. Any excess will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay. Guests are asked to leave the keys on the living room table at check-out and not in the mailbox or door lock, as lost keys or lockouts will incur a charge.
Please note the host enforces a code of conduct: respect for neighbors is mandatory, smoking is not permitted, no parties or events are allowed, no extra guests are permitted, no noise is allowed after 10:00 PM, and pets are not permitted.
